For me no TO on surveys don't make me worry too much as I feel like many surveys are one off's for schools and such.

I actually kinda did that once. Well, not the blowing up the computer part. But one of the first HITs that I ever ran on MTG, I asked for people to tell me a story. I then bonused certain people like a penny or a nickel or whatever with bonus comments telling them how bad their stories were and that they were all terrible people. I actually apologized to @YAHU because I wasn't sure if I went too far or not (he was brand new at the time, so I had no idea if he could take a joke.)
