I wanted to show my gratitude for all of you that DILIGENTLY completed my study. I'm getting very frustrated with other workers who complete HITs very quickly, and not only complain but leave negative feedback on sites like TurkOpticon when their work is rejected. For example, one worker who only spend 6 minutes on the 30 minute HIT and did very poorly on the very easy review questions wrote me to complain about his rejection and tell me that he left negative feedback. This is becoming a pervasive strategy on MTurk where low quality workers essentially drive requesters who actually check for quality work off of MTurk through negative emails and feedback. Then, they are free to breeze through HITs (with little chance of rejection as the requesters that verify are gone or no longer verifying) reducing opportunities for good workers like you. I'm not asking you to give me positive feedback (but you can if you like), but please use the feedback sites for good requesters, not just the bad, to reduce the effectiveness of the strategy. Also, if you liked my HIT, I have several other good ones coming out in the next few weeks.

I was super excited I caught a few of the Dodd quals but Jesus these suck. I'm going to qual myself out of more quals because my return rate just skyrocketed I returned them so fast.

Dodds seems pretty tempermental, and even with the small group of closed qual is always talking about having work double checked so he will prob dump all our quals out of anger after these failed geo hits nobody will do.
