Sometimes if you hit watch thread, or don't read the very last post, it won't count as read and will hang up on alerts/emails until you check the thread again.

After you mark something as read, go check your "watched threads." If it's not listed there then you'll get an email the next post that happens. If it is there make sure you click on it so it registers as all read and caught up and whatnot.

It would be more convenient if Dry/Other were the default selection instead of Bev-NonAlc.

And another suggestion: consider adding an optional comment field.

That's a great suggestion, thanks.

I need to write a personal mturk requester interface (Amazon calls it an "application") because Amazon's is such a pain. I sometimes but not always know what the most useful default would be in category select field, although I'm discovering that I learn it as the batch progresses. Restarting a batch with an edit is a huge pain on Amazon.
