if anybody is having a slow day this might a good day to practice writing scripts. Thanks to @Kadauchi and other people who might want to be unnamed, I have learned a lot about scripting. mine still aren't that great and I can't get them to do a lot. but it helps a lot to be able to script!

You should really limit it to the iframe url for the include so its not running on every single page.
