i had a streak going for about a year and eventually fell off, since then i've used it on and off when i remember the app

My app always bugs me even though I always put my meals beforehand (though that's probably why). I don't track my weight there (I found a nice spreadsheet for that) but I've been using it for about 4 months now.

yeah I'm doing it. it's a process that's going to take me a little time to put together. but yeah people are doing it and sometimes you see #turkfit in the daily thread.

Sometimes you just gotta let it go. I have a hubby who wants to curl up, smoke out, and watch some of our favorite shows. I'll take that over trying to crank out $10 on a day I knew I started too late.

I enjoy Cripps Pink as well... keeps some of the tart without being overly sweet (Jazz/Fuji/Gala are a bit much to my taste)

Cripps Pink is ok, not one of my favorite apples. If you wanna geek out about fruit sometime and wanna check out some more "heritage" apples that have really interesting flavors try getting hold of some Black Oxfords or D'Arcy Spice... you can eat them both straight up, but I highly recommend cooking/baking with them too.

I've had D'arcy (perks of working in produce as a younger man, free fruit!), definitely more of a baking apple. I'll have to try to get my hands on some Black Oxfords, kind of shocked that I haven't seen them before seeing as they're grown right next door.

I do that with grapefruit too, but I prefer using this with watermelon:
