I've heard people say they have multiple hit windows up at the same time. I suck at concentrating, so is there a batch that is good for this sort of thing? (probably like a picture or video hit that is low mental effort. I'd use the PFA hits, but they're jank).

The main reason I would do that is for hits that load slow as all get out, like ocmp5. I use 18 tabs for them.
