If all of the requesters in your TM aren't posting, find new requesters. There is as much of a revolving door with requesters on mturk as there is with workers. When you're doing well, it can be easy to become complacent and think that you have it all figured out and don't need to be digging for other stuff. But if you're not constantly on the search for new and better requesters, you may find yourself left behind at some point. This has actually been one of my biggest struggles, personally. Mturk moves very quickly and I think being able to keep up with it is just as much of an important skill as anything else. Maybe the most important one.

I'm still holding out hope all the things in my hit monitor will come back. Then I'll stop being so lazy.

I think the majority (2/3 or 3/4 of it) of what *I* have in TM I could probably delete at this point.

Only 30% of my top requesters still post (10 of the 34 which make up 70% of my total earnings).

I see I missed a lot while I was at the FOOD PANTRY and no, I'm not ashamed to say it and yes you should absolutely go here to see if you qualify too. We over qualify for every single state/federal run service so I thought no way in hell would we be able to get in on this but we do qualify, by a lot. Today was my first time there and I got a ton of food, all things I usually buy (like chicken, eggs, noodles, canned goods, etc.) and a few goodies like cookie mix, candy, and some fancy ramen type stuff.

Seriously I wish I had known about this last year when we went to one income (and yes, I even counted my turk pennies toward qualifying)

I've used local food pantries when needed. No shame at all in getting help when you need it.

The food just gets thrown out if no one uses it. No one should feel ashamed to ask for a helping hand. This world would be a better place if we all looked out for one another.
