It's either that, or just 'k'. 'K' seems a lot scarier when you send your SO an essay length message and then they just say it. Then the process of rocket science trying to figure out where you went wrong begins

I've received tech orders from Dell via FedEx and they all required signatures. Maybe let they retailer know b/c they should be opting for signature delivery and maybe even two-day delivery so you have a more accurate idea of when to expect it. Unlike UPS, the local FedEx service really varies and I've gotten smaller items from uniformed delivery people (subcontractors?) in private/unmarked vehicles.
