stick it out for a couple of weeks, and eat food (chewing gum works for some?). The first couple of weeks are by far the worst. It becomes more of a habitual reminder after that rather than a physical addiction (i.e. smoking with coffee, smoking in the car etc)

throw food goals out the door until its over, because its the best thing when you aren't smoking. Food is great. Exercise is cool to kill time/take your mind off.

don't drink alcohol, you'll regret it. Its a nice milestone when you finally do though.

If it fails eventually, try vaping. It looks dumb as fuck so it makes you really self-conscious and you only do it inside and it doesn't make you smell like shit or feel like a fucking disaster.

For whatever it's worth, I think your terrible opinions about food and music are way worse than smoking. And I hope you can quite doing all those things.
