You can see some change in muscle in 2 weeks if you go from completely sedentary to a strict workout, some more definition and such, but it's not going to do much about fat.

It's actually $21.15 (HA!) . Just kidding, my daily goal is actually only $5 (I'm a full time student, work another job part time and am a single mom of 5, my time availablity sucks lol). This week is an anomaly because i'm dealing with some brain issues so I'm home more.
