I think he's saying that he's expecting to get more completed hits back than he is, because for some reason he doesn't understand that shite pay equals stagnant hits that only hobbyists will tend to.

He also mentions in his email that the hits are taking workers longer to do than expected. He has done these exact same hits before, so he knows how long they take (or should have).

@C to the J 's lengthy and hilarious commentary on them being incredibly underpaid, so I haven't seen the actual hit. If I had to guess it would be that people are opening the hit and then passing out from laughter.
