Batch throttling... I find it easier to PANDA and work out of your queue.

The first one is Mturk yelling at you for trying to do too many things at once on the site. Everyone seems to have a different 'rate' for what is 'too many things.' If you can stop running something that is making page requests, like a script, do so and see if you get a change.

The second one is Throttling and it is the rudest, nothing you can do to 'fix' it.
