Hello -

I just wanted to share the process for approval since I know it can be a bit slow. This is an outsourcing project I'm trying to perfect.

1. Each batch must be completely finished before each HIT can be reviewed because it is connected to a set of orders in our system based on region and user.
2. The batch of HITs is sent for review to one of my team members who handles that region or user.
3. They get to that batch as soon as they can, ideally that day, but they still have to handle their regular workload so sometimes this takes an extra day.
4. Once they finish the entire batch and return the spreadsheet to me, only then can I can I go in to approve.

I'm trying my best to make this is quick and painless for all of you!
What's your approval/rejection policy, if you would like to share? By that, I mean: is it acceptable if we got the property type wrong, but everything else is correct?
