well that's poopy. well, my first day was october 5th so tomorrow is my 10th day. so at least it'll be lifted on saturday.

Well, hopefully. Sometimes it takes a few days for that to happen once you reach the end of your probation period. And for some lucky workers, probation is up to 30 days.

It used to be, and it's still 10 days for some people. Even for people who get 10 days and not 30, it sometimes takes Amazon a day or two (or more) to push whatever button they need to to change your account over to 3800 instead of 100 HITs. So it could be Saturday for you, but maybe not.

I don't know about the withdraw thing.

Amazon doesn't send you a 1099 unless you make over $20,000/year and have 200+ transactions. So the vast majority of workers won't get 1099s.
