Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the technical issue with our HIT "Evaluate body types in images” on October 13, 2016.
We truly appreciate the work and effort that you and others are putting into completing our HITs and do not take it lightly when this sort of errors occur. In this particular case, the Amazon servers had a limitation that we were not aware of on the amount of data they accept when registering your answers. We revoked the HITs immediately when this was brought to our attention and they were all offline in less than an hour from being posted. Unfortunately, a lot of people had already started working on them by this time.
We sincerely apologize for any lost work effort that you may have experienced. We have addressed the issue and you should not experience this problem again with our HITs in the future. Please feel free to contact us again if you do experience any technical problems.
