I mean I eat this way for an entire different reason but the bulk amount of my food is plain rice with black beans (simple carbs and proteins), Greek yogurt, whole milk, tuna, cod and chicken. sounds like chicken would be out of the questions but the other stuff might work oh and drink water, a lot of god damn water because nobody drink water, in fact everybody go drink water right now. and do some pushups killing yourself sitting down, time to get the blood flowing, mandatory 35 second planks for everybody, go.

haha chicken I can do, pushups, not so much. In fact I was trying to pick up something off my floor from my bed the other day, and could not pull myself back up and basically ended up falling off my bed and knocking a monitor off a stand....it was pretty funny. I was very proud of my five year old for asking if I was ok before cracking up. (am being 'sent for tests' for that issue). ANYWAY but good reminders, a ramen and doughnut diet has caused me to forget everything I knew...
beans and rice, good whole protein combo, and I love greek yogurt. Maybe if I make rice 'mushy' enough. Water. Water I have had water forced on me too many times, pregnancy hospitalizations etc that it triggers a gag reflex lol I really have a hard time with drinking enough and I do not know what is up with my body just flipping out the last 2-3 years, but one of my many issues is low blood volume, not enough water makes it much worse.

My daughers are getting dental work done under anesthesia now, it's making me nervous, so sorry for rambling about stuff, people.
