thats not gonna be a 45 min call if you want to get your way. once I stayed on the phone with HP support for 5 hours to get the 1 year warranty. drive faild and somehow the screen broke.

oh 45 mins is just to get through to somebody that actually has authority...figure an other hour to explain how to pull their head out of their ass and another 30 mins on directing them to the 3rd paragraph on page 24 in my coverage packet where it states I'm covered, and then god knows how long for them to actually admit they were wrong and change it/pay up
