You can still use them. Just return them once you've cleared your captcha.

The Requester (CopyText Inc.) has chosen to prevent you from working on any of this Requester's HITs. Also, I've never done one of the hits, only used them for captchas and then returned.

Not that I know of. I just know those take longer to load, and get throttled a lot more than ScoutIt.

I usually use Olga, but she doesn't have any up right now. Hers take no time at all, and are never throttled.
