How long does everyone wait before they declare a site "dead" (doesn't load) ?

I wait about a minute and make sure the loading wheel isn't still spinning, make sure I refresh the page, make sure I try deleting the end of the URL and try to go to the main site, and make sure I search the company name and click on the website from google.
