I don't get why I rarely get zoltars. I must be doing something wrong. I am lucky if I get 30 or so

From what I've read, there's a checklist of things you need:
-decent internet (streaming music/shows while turking will slow bandwidth)
-right PC settings (I keep my delayed goham + default cycle timer at 980 ms, or sometimes 700)
-a computer that isn't running like crap. Laptops are typically the worst
