Only extension on this computer is ABP, which I both enabled and disabled - neither worked.

Try clearing your cookies. Also if the problem is across multiple computers/devices are you using Chrome and have your Google account sync'ed across all of the devices? To test this, try logging into mTurk using a different browser and completing/submitting a really simple HIT.

Also, what HIT are you having problems with? Have you tried submitting a simple $0.01 HIT?

I'll try clearing cookies. Accounts not synced between desktop and laptop, but are between phone and laptop. It's happened with $.25-$1 surveys, $.02 fillers, and "mobile only" ones I can complete via phone but have to submit through laptop.

Yeah, that is odd. I'm not exactly sure what would be causing it. Are you doing them all in the same browser or have you tried multiple?

I got a different error (don't remember exactly what) but I right-clicked on the video and opened it in a new tab. That seemed to "fix" the playback issue with the particular video I was trying to view within the HIT.

Only Chrome, I can try IE or FF. Just seemed weird it works with Chrome on laptop but nowhere else haha!

Thanks for the help, I'll give cookies and browsers some fiddling.


Also, I too got a rejection for that marijuana survey yesterday :/ Super bummed. Contacted and hoping to hear back positively soon. I'm pretty sure I contacted them just after submitting the HIT too though...

Got a rejection from this.. says "code complete"? I didn't get a code and erased the prewritten code that was on the HIT page because I didn't get it. Seems like I should have just submitted it with the code they had filled in on the HIT page. Rejections like this piss me off.

I left the code intact, added my worker ID in the same input field...and was also rejected with the same "explanation." I wrote; no response as yet.
