Are you sure you didn't do it, or return it? I've never had one just disappear.

I'm pretty positive. I only had two things in my queue and worked on the survey that had the shorter timer, and then when I finished, it was gone.

It's also possible that I'm perfectly insane, as that happens to me often as well. Maybe I need to take a break.
