I assume that's the "personal batch thing" i've never really understood.

Example: Requester has 100 unique HITs they need done. They want 500 workers to do each one to get a wide variety of answers. The HIT page will show 100 HITs, indicating 100 unique HITs to be done. Each HIT needs to be done by 500 people. So the batch will keep showing 100 until 500 people have done one of the HITs. Then it'll drop to 99. And all the way down until the batch is at 0 and all 100 unique HITs have been done by 500 different workers each.

This gives you the possibility to do all 100 HITs in the batch, thus the term "personal batch".

Pinterest really needs to up their game. I mean, I feel like they're just leaving so much disappointment on the table to reward people with than they are currently.

Maybe they could text me when they post their next batch of empty HITS posts?

Or they could start sending big empty christmas present boxes to children around the world?

I just feel like they could be more annoying and disheartening than they are now...
