Do you mean the first hit you access asking permission? Any pins you access while doing the hits will be tracked by them as if you're using the website, so you may get suggestions based on those pins. As far as I know, I don't use pinterest all that much.
Sometimes you get a good one. I got one a couple years back that wanted me to transfer stuff from their store website to an excel file, paid a hundred bucks for about 3 hours of work.
