If I were going to torture someone I'd make them take a survey that has like 200 pages of looking at people's eyes and picking an emotion corresponding with them. I feel tortured every time I have to do this shit.
You could also dangle a juicy batch in front of someone but tell them they need a code to access it, and then don't give them the code.

I've yet to do a Pinterest. Can someone interpret "This will be used to track your responses over time" for me, pls.
Do you mean the first hit you access asking permission? Any pins you access while doing the hits will be tracked by them as if you're using the website, so you may get suggestions based on those pins. As far as I know, I don't use pinterest all that much.

Here's my experience with Excel hits like this in general:

Sometimes you get a good one. I got one a couple years back that wanted me to transfer stuff from their store website to an excel file, paid a hundred bucks for about 3 hours of work. They contact me every 6 months or so asking me to update it.

I have an extension on my Chrome that lets me know when the sun goes down. Because when you turk for a living there's no going outside. That's real life.
I can relate  My husband put on a program that slowly dims my monitor screen as the sun goes down. It's ever so slight, but makes all the difference.
