I've watched less than 50 hours of tv in two decades.
I really don't know much about tv at all.
as a result, I would feel like a fraud if I did those hits.

Probably about the same here. I'm familiar with some of the stuff from conversations with other people and what I've read on the internet. I don't think he is looking for in-depth analysis in a 5 min. HIT. He might even prefer info from people who haven't seen the shows/movies. The HIT asks if you've seen the show in the last few years, and I always answer "No."

But, you certainly shouldn't do them if you feel uncomfortable doing so. I don't do a lot of the HITs other people like because I feel uncomfortable doing them.

Preferences, and all that, you know!

You can pay for it directly from your Amazon Payments account.

Your money on MTurk has to be transferred to your Amazon Payments account before you can use it, which takes 7 or 8 hours. From your Amazon Payments account, you can use the money on Amazon or transfer it to a bank account. You have to go through a verification procedure between Amazon and your bank before you can actually transfer any money, which can take several days.

So what would be the point in choosing to transfer the MTurk money to your gift card balance? Unless it's instant transfer I think it's redundant if amazon payments lets you use the balance to pay for stuff.
