It warns you when certain key words are available in the mTurk directory. It's good so you dont overburden your PC with a lot of HITs that are not currently available. I have 12 different requesters, only C-Sats alone must have 20+ different hits. Instead of putting those 20 hits ON for the PC to try them one by one, the Hit Monitor let me know whenever C-Sat posts a HIt. I can just see which ones are they posting and start the PC on them. It increases efficiency by some notches.

I'm 30. I dont have kids. Maybe 1 friend. but not really. No relationships. When I was able bodied and working I was able to invest wisely. I could go to Tokyo this week if I wanted to. But I would get violently ill. But the thought is nice. Able to live with family and not have many bills. I live that lone wolf life. But you have to sacrifice alot to live that life and be comfortable with it.
