I definitely get what you're saying, but if I am working for a requester (repeatedly), I like having that confidence that I'm not going to be blocked. If I make a mistake I rather it be rejected. If I make a mistake and they don't want me to work on their HITs, say so in the rejection message and I won't touch them again.



Edit - just to add, I do think you deserve the block if you're scamming and I think it's fairly obvious if a worker just made a mistake vs scamming.

I think they pay enough (maybe not for you, but for others) for it to be above the threshold for that kind of principled stance. Like if they paid $400 an hour you'd probably do them even if they might block?
