My real-life Domino's peeps respond. Possibly because I order from there usually once a week and because they only have to drive diagonally across the street to my apartments. I don't really know the pizza tipping etiquette and I should probably adjust the tip based on how far (little) they have to drive to get here, but I throw money at them and grab the pizza because I'm glad that I didn't have to cook or drag my 2 yr old and 8 yr old out of the house to get the pizza.

Pizza etiquette:
8% for anything under a mile
12% for anything over
20% for anything over 4 miles unless you live in a rural area because they expect to be treated that way.
Any number above -50% if it's Domino's. Hey they chose to work there.(disrespect to pizza delivery men also include: Little Caesars, Papa John's and Pizza Hut)

No, it "lost the connection" before I was connected with another Turker. I was just saying that I could've actually communicated with a real employee instead of waiting around on this HIT and then be told the connection was lost.
