It's definitely a gender issue... and gender issues are political because the lgbt community is fighting for gender rights around these issues.

Also, please give advance notice when you decide to make a new rule. The forum community has been self moderating since day one.

I'm fully aware of what the lgbt community is fighting for. I live it every day. It's a political issue when we're discussing lgbt rights, sure. But talking about a single person's transition is not a political issue, it's a personal one. Which is why I was saying it doesn't totally fit.

And advance notice was given when we asked that the conversation be dropped. And I'm going to ask it again. Can we please drop this conversation right here?
