Yeah, the first time it happened I rage returned after trying everything I could think of. The second time I let the oldest expire thinking it was broken, but everything expired too quick after that to finish them. The third time I noticed the number of HITs in my queue didn't add up and started playing with it. Good luck, it seems like there are a few of us unlucky ones it's been happening to.

The thing with me was that the PRE made me Refresh a hit three times in a row, because after i had input the information it came back with all in blank, so i refreshed it, trying to send the information to them again. Usually that works, but after this one in particular, it bugged.

Don't reload the page, reload the blank iframe. I dunno if MTB's reloader script does it or not but it really should. Mine does and I have never once had an issue with the 10.000s of Endor HITs I've done.

Instead of refreshing you could try going to your queue and reopening that HIT (the oldest one). It'll open and submit the HIT provided you don't get a PRE again.
