My best friend had a mild heart attack this week which the doctors attributed to her smoking cigarettes and pounding energy shots everyday. She's 43 with no other problems. Be careful with that stuff, yo!
I'm not trying to be preachy, just speaking out of love. This wasn't just an article I read, this is REAL!

the cigarettes do many things to the body.
I learned an awful lot about it while I was quitting
one thing is that it constricts the vascular system.
the veins and arteries are somewhat tightened.
throwing in something like a caffeine pill every day, or energy drinks everyday instead of getting enough sleep..
well, hate to say it, but you'd be setting yourself up for a heart attack or stroke

Those suck. As in, really, really suck. Modern vape gear is far superior. I dropped a 20 year pack a day cowboy killer habit cold, with good vaping gear. Blew my cig budget at the vape shop and haven't had a cig since.
