i gave up.
the whole story is this:
I had a stroke in december of 1999
since then, music sounds weird. like it's half static.
usually. obviously someone playing a slow, lilting flute melody won't suddenly have fuzz sounds on it
but the more complicated it gets, the worse the noise gets and the worse the pain gets.
just like walking into a crowded room or a bar or something.
the noise hurts, so I turn it off.

anyway, today while I'm home from work on personal time,
I was cleaning random junk and found my old cd case
I kinda wanted to listen to my old greenday album, kerplunk
but no matter what button I pushed, nothing happened.

so I threw them out

I have an extra copy of Kerplunk if you want it.

How are you feeling today? Strep is nasty; I had it all through my childhood and into my 20's.

Hey, I'm hanging in there - another kid is down with it too so that makes 4 out of 6 of us in the last week and a half. its nasty, I'm allergic to penicillin so it takes longer for me to get over it, while the kids got to boost shot of penicillin so they are feeling better already. -I've been on the couch watching Wild Kratts and Netflix all day.

yea, I remember it was pretty good
and everyone liked their "new" (back then) album dookie better
and I was like, waaaat? that disc is only mediocre!

the replay in my memory sounds more like garage band stuff than music studio,
and even though I never was into music all that much,
I did like that one much better.

Which part is the joke, the video itself or that fact that it was published recently?

I wasn't aware of the publish date until @electrolyte mentioned it. Either way, not all jokes are funny to all people. Explaining them doesn't make them more so. I found the video, and the amount of money that she was claiming to make, wasn't really a promotion of Mturk which was clearly her intention. It made me chuckle. I mentioned it to see if it made other people chuckle. It's kinda my shtick. That's all. I felt the quality was significantly different than the first video. Not super funny. Just situational humor. Either way, that's, literally, all I have to say about that.
