Has anyone done the ACME recording hits? Do you have to have an external mic or can you use your internal one?

Honestly, I am done with desktops and switched to laptops. They are really just as good, if not better, for doing what we do on Turk and are portable so we can take work with us.

I have built my own desktops in the past. Used to be fun but now that components are starting to get a bit rare and pricey it's just meh.
I've been working off of a laptop for the past two years and haven't had a problem, it's just a little slow and now things are going on it (kid spilled my coffee on it several times over the years) I thought switching back to a desktop would be cheaper. Maybe I better take another look!

I do them all the time and use an internal one. As long as it's a working mic you're good to go

I should have said 'in my neck of the woods.' If there is a heart of the technological universe then Michigan is about as far away from it as you can get and I don't like to buy components online because I usually either have them stolen or have to return them because they arrive damaged.

None of my scripts seem to be working. For example TurkMaster isn't showing up. Any ideas as to why? I've tried restarting my browser, turning the scripts off and on. Beyond that I got nothing.

Cool story, thanks for sharing.
Sorry, didn't mean for that to come off as rude. Was just my first time putting someone on ignore and I got excited.

Also grumpy because no Zs and my dog is sick.

There really isn't anything expensive about building a PC at all. With Black Firday/Cyber Monday coming up, it will be one of the better times to buy components.

Well have Amazon deliver it to a locker then.
