Batches are sparse in the night time. There is nothing you can depend on. Occasionally there will be a campaign that lasts a week and happens to post at night or all day-night. Just a bunch of random surveys and if there are batches, they are smaller and just pop up. They last a bit longer usually, due to less workers. If it were busier, everyone would be doin it.
