If you are going to sit at your chair that much every single day, you need to be wearing some compression socks to help keep the blood flowing in your extremities and reduce swelling. I think it is more than likely the reason for the swelling and pain. Get up, move around... get your blood flowing again and work the fluids out of your joints.So, this has never happened until now but, I think I just broke a blood vessel in my ankle? It just swelled to double it's size and feels like a bruise. But, it hurts when I try to put any weight on it. Ever happened to anyone else? Someone said it could be that I've been in this office chair for 3.5days with, only, 3 hours away from the chair. Any ideas? At 5'10", 150lbs, I'm not overweight.
