I've never heard of "cheagan" before. For a minute I thought it meant a diet where you eat a lot of cheese. Then I looked it up and was very disappointed.

But also good for you!

Actually I think that is what it is, sort of. I have the same health issue as Venus Williams among others, this is what she terms her Vegan diet that she cheats on occasionally with cheese. Which I'll swap with Halo Top. I was sort of half joking with that one, or 1/10th joking. Right now I eat like crap, mainly due to not being able to grocery shop really, and my husband, good guy, but shops like a five year old let loose with a grocery cart, and I just have to quit eating like that.

Gonna have to make him drive an hour to a store that will shop based on a list I put on-line, and he picks up. I'm to rurual for anything else, and he literally does not know what at least 90% of fruit/vegs look like by name. And the pescatarian thing I never heard of until I signed up for a food tracking app, and it was a 'beta' option, which actually sounded like exactly the way I was wanting to eat, with a couple modifications. (basically vegetarian + fish, which of course isn't a 'real' vegetarian. Combined with the cheagan well whatever. lol

More than you wanted to know I'm sure but trying to remind myself while my husband eats his doughnuts.

Also it's cheegan, i prob. spelled it wrong. but i don't know if you can really spell things wrong someone made up?
