I just tried this same HIT. I think they just mean your demographics screened you out, but they don't know how to use MTurk terminology properly.

probably something along the lines of making the seats less comfortable so the delivery driver will be less likely to poop in the van and more likely to do it on the sidewalk, thus reducing cleaning costs and significantly improving the drivers work environment

Take it with a grain of salt. I grew up in NYC, live nearby now. The NY Post is only a small step below the National Inquirer.
But I have read about the pressure put on UPS workers. I live in a large apt. bldg. They used to ring your bell and come upstairs to hand you the package. Now they don't even ring, just leave a note in the front lobby, and take the pkg back to the UPS office.

And I could make brussels sprouts because I would have someone to share them with!! My mother in law makes them for thanksgiving everyyear and she skillet sautes them with pecans and bacon. So yummy. But I can eat them boiled or steamed or anyway.
