When you use Paypal (which is how they pay out) it converts the pounds into dollars. At the moment 1 pound is about 1.25. IE it's worth more in dollars than the amount you see in pounds on the site. Like if it said 30 pounds that's $37.50. Yeah anyone can join from any nationality as long as you can use Paypal.

Whats the work like? I've been here for a few months and I see people mention it I just never jumped into it. I wouldn't mind picking up another 5-10$ a day or something if thats possible.
