They were lagging earlier. It took me a few minutes to complete an order around 11:30. The add to cart button wouldn't pop for 2 minutes.

Is there away to contact a requester if you don't qualify for their hit? I accepted the 2 dollar hit from Consumer Research and finished it but it expired while the site was messed up. Now I can't accept another hit by them nor can I message them.
