I did, I mainly use Chrome, it does the same thing in every browser, every computer, any internet source, it's just weird, i have to missing something. Otherwise the only things besides tomnod.com that the two hits have in common is that its my account. I have an unusually long mturk id, but can't imagine that matters.

Try Opera? Vivaldi? What's your OS? Is your adblock turned off? Do you have the latest Flash, v.23.0.0.207? I don't know if they're using Flash.
