The way I would do it would be to write a script that just overwrites those entries.

Got rid of all the problems in the csv file but reimporting them doesn't work (still has the existing entries in the active db). Seems like I have to wipe out the active db altogether and reimport the fixed one. What file(s) do I get rid of?

I think the file you want to fix is the .bak and not the csv since the .bak is the one you import etc

I'm not sure how you could fix it though, maybe edit the broken entry to look like the ones that work if you want to keep them in the db.. I'm just going to delete the ones giving me problems all together and try and reimport and then update I think

Export the current DB, fix the files, delete DB in browser, then import that recently fixed file.
