I made a test script with the most recent version of Chrome, and for me background sound still gets queued until the tab becomes active. Maybe some methods get around the restriction, I dunno.

I've tried a few different things and couldn't force it with the script.

chrome://flags/#disable-gesture-requirement-for-media-playback
Disabling this flag will revert it back to playing sounds in background tabs without the need to focus the tab once.

Question. I cant to find anything on it or im missing something, but I keep getting pings from turkmaster on hits that have both boxes as green. Does that mean I could still do this new request(if say it pays like 5 cents less) or should I avoid it?

Also, I could only do one pin as well.

Couldn't all the tasks be gone. I think you could have just had sort of place holder HITs. If I understand the way it works, if a HIT like that is grabbed with a PandA and never loads on screen, it hasn't acquired a set of pins to rate. Like a Schrodinger's Cat thing. It kinda has the "you must accept this HIT to.." but it has been accepted. I may be way off but, with unlimited queue size, I think we all could accept 41 but not have enough tasks to fill the HITs.

EDIT Reason I say this is I took one sip of chocolate milk an they instantly disappeared when you said that. I also didn't catch any with a PandA, that you may have sent back.

Im kind of confused. What do you mean make sure you do some from all of the batches? Do you mean other hit batches unrelated to the talktype one?

Sorry this took so long. No, Talktype has about three different batches up right now.

This happened to me yesterday, I thought I finally figured out what they wanted, today the first one they said I did wrong. I know i didn't. I don't get it.
