Why though? Working through them too fast or slow?

Too fast seems to be a reason, missing attention check images, etc. For me personally I had an extension that was changing the answers without me realizing and I didn't notice til I'd submitted 10 HITs like that. They never respond to emails and once it's gone it's gone. They're rather unforgiving.
