I do (two monitors and a TV), and I still hate anything on Mturk forcing me into full screen mode to work properly. I will do Inquisit stuff, but the pay to time ratio has to be high for me to be willing to put up with their shenanigans.

I used to intentionally mail upside down American flag stamps when I was paying on medical bills when I didn't have insurance (it gave me a small amount of pleasure, leave me alone, people), so I don't think they're too picky.

That's funny. I saw a documentary with a boy whose mom was in jail and he placed the stamp upside down when writing to her bc it meant I love you.

edit: 1 and 3 is probably bad. 3 and 5 might be better.
