If you can't translate make a best guess or return it. Sucks, but marking available websites as unavailable can earn you a block.

But it says payment requires completing both parts which usually means the $1 is for both parts.

SO, I was completely wrong. I did another survey for them NOT related to this. Part 1 took 2 min for this HIT.
