This will be really problematic when mothers with 2-3 kids come along, and the kids are grabbing and breaking stuff.

Even if not breaking, I wonder how it works if other people with you grab stuff and stick it in your bag. Maybe they only let the shopper in the store? Seems weird. The physical store is there now but not open to the public yet. Next time I'm in Seattle, I'll have to check it out and see what's going on there.
