"Answer a survey about Workplace by Facebook" doesn't scream to me "must use Workplace by Facebook." I'd never even heard of this "Workplace by Facebook" so how would I know that I was supposed to be using it in order to take the survey??

I usually skip surveys that I am not familiar with the main point of the survey. Sounds like she's reversing the rejections though for some.
