Also after I "post" I have to open another window to even get back to the forum because itll just sit there and sit there on my post and never take me back to the forum, it pretends to load i guess until i open the forum back up in another tab. so annoying.

I havent even started yet. Everytime I get to the end of my queue and see it sitting there I just close the tab

I did that for a day, then got a new one because I forgot to turn off the PANDA and then sat on it for another day.

That's probably mostly the server issues we've had lately. I've been experiencing some post lag as well. It should get better after this weekend.
