Also, in the future, you can type cookies in the settings search, then click content settings and all cookies and site data, and search for just qualtrics cookies so you don't have to delete everything.

Yeah mine's being weird too. It doesn't look like there is any actually, but it doesn't show the usual lightbulb and red...well whatever it usually shows when nothing is available.

I never liked TM, I half ass use PC, but only for a couple things. Otherwise I just sorta wait for someone to tell me stuff I like is up.
