Yep, I think it's because they changed the HIT. I remember doing these in the past and it was definitely closer to around 20. So they probably just forgot to update that part of the text.

He was pointing out that "HIT submission rate (%) is greater than 75" is unusual because requesters very rarely use that as a qualification.

I like these and wish there wasn't a limit of 10.
